We are seeking a Vice President, Engineering for our Plymouth, MA location. He/she will be responsible for managing aspects of new business development to provide manufacturing systems that meet both company and client expectations.


Directly manage engineering team to develop manufacturing systems including molds, dies, automation and assembly equipment that meet financial, manufacturing and quality expectations for all manufacturing sites companywide.
Provide technical operational support to factories as required. Dotted line responsibility for technical resources at divisions.
Working with Vice President R&D, ensures that minimum education and training considerations are appropriate for all areas and that company remains on the forefront of latest technology and industry advancements
Participate in all Senior Management activities as specified by the CEO and support development of company strategic direction.
Work with Sales group to promote and generate new growth with strategic clients


Minimum eight years experience as Senior Design Engineer in product environment. Minimum eight years experience as Senior Manufacturing Engineer in process and/or job shop environment. Experience and knowledge with injection molding tooling, processing, automation, and assembly. Experience with managing technical people and interaction with clients.

Preferred Secondary Training: Disciplined Problem Solving. Knowledge of metal stamping, qualification procedures for medical and automotive industries, working knowledge of TS16949 and ISO13485 quality systems, experience in global mold tool procurement.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Skin exposure to oils and cutting fluid
