Sales Manager NE 75 - 85k (J#27907)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 4 - 9 years

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in all markets. Identifies and develops relationships with current and potential customers. Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new business relationships by personally presenting to major accounts.
Develop and maintain sales by exploring and qualifying new accounts
Provide accurate feedback to management on missed quotes and future trends.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Consult with management in formulating a sales and marketing strategy.
Prepare comprehensive quote packages for customers.
Monitor cost changes/cost reduction measures/annual reductions, and ensure pricing is amended timely.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, exhibitions and conferences.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly forecasting and annual sales analysis.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, ect.
Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establish personal networks; participate in professional societies.
Understanding of industry market.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products.
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and their applications.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Ability to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing market.
Willingness to travel and work with a team of professionals.
Proven leadership and ability to achieve sales goals.
