Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000

Qualified candidates must have extensive Quality experience in the plastic injection molding industry. - Administrate and oversee assigned QMS processes, including: Process capability, Control of Discrepant
Material, Corrective/Preventive Action, Supplier Evaluation, and Receiving Inspection
- Play key role in Clean Room operation and employee training
- Advocate timely and effective communication with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Product Management
- Draft and implement documented work instructions, with a focus on mistake proofing and production simplicity
- Cultivate relationships with Customers and Vendors while promoting company ideals
- Define and determine appropriate metrology methods and proper equipment utilization
- Provide technical support and coordination on quality-related issues for existing product operations and new product implementation
- Utilize and operate inspection equipment, including: SPC, CMM, Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Optical Comparator and OGP, as applicable


- Five or more years of experience working as a Quality Engineer for a plastic injection molding facility
- 4 Year degree or equivalent experience in an applicable Manufacturing and Quality discipline
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and business ethics
- Experience in medical manufacturing and ISO 13485 is preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of quality management tools such as SPC, design of experiment (DOE) and root cause analysis
- Working knowledge of inspection equipment and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and have an understanding of geometric tolerances
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
