Roechling Automotive USA, LLP is a global partner to automotive manufacturers and system suppliers. Roechling Automotives core competencies include aerodynamics and acoustics in each segment of the vehicle. Air management consists of the optimization of airflows within the vehicle whether in cooling air ducts, intake pipes, and intake manifolds in the engine compartment, air channels within the passenger compartment, or at the underbody. It is all about airflow, aerodynamic drag, and air turbulence. Ultimately, an efficient flow distribution means less energy input and, consequently, less fuel consumption.

Our Troy, Michigan facility is our Engineering Customer Development and Design center for North America. We are continuously growing with customers that include Ford, GM, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes and Subaru. We are looking for talented, experienced technical people to join our expanding team.


*Bachelor's degree; BS Engineering discipline preferred
*German fluency preferred
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive industry
*Experience in plastic processing technologies or related
*Strong understanding of product development with automotive manufacturers

Job Duties and Responsibilities

*Continuous analysis and monitoring of markets development and anticipation of future trends
*Review innovative projects and assess their practical marketability
*Conduct product specific presentations for customers
*Lead engineering team through concept development and support the resulting acquisition phase
*Must develop, implement, and drive business plan for RA-AMN
*Must stay on cutting edge of technological advances, customer and market demands while abiding changing emission standards and regulations
