Plastic Injection Molding
Sr. Molding Process Technician
Oconomowoc Molded Products, Inc., a growing company in the Lake Country area, is hiring a Sr. Process Technician
with injection molding experience and strong trouble shooting abilities.

Responsibilities:
Start up machines to produce quality parts
Work with new tools to establish and record process parameters
Review and improve existing process parameters
Process trouble shooting
Equipment maintenance trouble shooting
Recommend tool modifications to improve processing
Assist with providing quotes on new injection molded parts
Primary work hours: Day Shift
Keep work area clean and orderly
Must be able to work overtime as required
Must be able to work Saturdays if required (seldom)
Ability to perform all duties efficiently and with utmost regard for Safety of ones self and co-workers
Preferred Education: Technical College Degree or equivalent
Minimum Education: High School
Adequate dexterity and strength in order to make repairs or adjustments to machinery

Requirements:
Prior Injection Molding Experience Required, 8-10 years
Good understanding of trouble shooting industrial equipment
Excellent knowledge of safety practices and procedures around manufacturing equipment
Strong mechanical skills
Basic computer use
