We have an immediate need to fill several regular, full-time manufacturing positions in West Bridgewater, MA. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Process Technician will be responsible for maintaining system processes in regards to production. This includes, but is not limited to, the start up of existing and new molds and processes as well as continuous improvements to the same. These jobs are based out of our West Bridgewater, MA facility. Technicians must be able to work 40-hour/week shift schedules as part of ROTATING 12-hour teams to maintain a 24/7 operation. Examples of shift schedules are: 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7:00 am with alternating 3 or 4 day weeks.


Applicants must be able to perform these key duties:

1.Support manufacturing to maintain processing quality in daily operations
2.Monitor and develop optimum molding processes for existing programs.
3.Provide technical assistance to solve manufacturing and customer quality concerns
4.Participate in continuous improvement projects including training, CPARS, 8ds, 5 whys, etc.
5.Analyze capability and condition of molding equipment (e.g., molding machines, water heaters, etc.)
6.Uses gauges and other equipments to inspect and qualify parts, recording measurements in database.
7.Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional work environment.
8.Document all procedures, processes, and pertinent information regarding production jobs.
9.Provide training, assistance, and motivation to manufacturing staff.
10.Monitor processes and maintenance of control of prescribed processes in a diligent manner.
11.Perform other miscellaneous duties as required


1.AS in plastics engineering or equivalent work experience.
2.At least five years injection molding process experience that includes processing, developing processes, and troubleshooting
3.Good communication skills.
4.Computer proficiency with Windows based systems/softwareMS office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
5.Experience with the processing characteristics of a wide variety of polymer resins.
6.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift/push/pull/move up to 100 pounds on a regular basis. This includes the ability to move large and heavy Gaylord bins on a daily basis.
7.A teamwork mentality that includes the ability and willingness to perform multiple jobs and tasks to accomplish goals.
8.The following capabilities/skills would be a plus:
a.Experience with high volume manufacturing/injection molding
b.Working knowledge of mold tooling.
c.Experience in mold repair/disassembly/troubleshooting
d.Knowledge of design of experiments, 6 sigma, Lean
e.Basic understanding of measurement techniques, use of measurement tools and equipment, SPC
9.Ability to work overtime if necessary.
