Roechling Automotives core competencies include aerodynamics and acoustics in each segment of the vehicle. Air management consists of the optimization of airflows within the vehicle whether in cooling air ducts, intake pipes, and intake manifolds in the engine compartment, air channels within the passenger compartment, or at the underbody. It is all about airflow, aerodynamic drag, and air turbulence. Ultimately, an efficient flow distribution means less energy input and, consequently, less fuel consumption.

Our Duncan, South Carolina facility was the first of our 22 global manufacturing facilities in North America. Roechling Duncan is continuously growing with customers that include Ford, GM, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes and Subaru. We are looking for talented, experienced technical people to join our expanding team.


*Must have Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience with Material Conveying Systems / Injection Molding manufacturing environment.
*Good organizational skills
*Leadership / Teamwork / Supervisory Skills
*Material Conveying System / Injection Background
*Basic Computer skills


*Overseeing of all material department personnel & equipment
*Define work Duties for Motan Maintenance personnel
*Coordinate all material related projects
*Supervise drying system assignments
*Monitor Bulk truck deliveries
*Work with Process personnel on scheduling of Material samples and material related issues
*Inventory resins in plant if needed
*Inventory and order parts
*Set and insure PM schedules for Motan equipment
*Injection Molding experience of 7 plus years
*Other duties as needed
