Job Description:
Process Engineer - Injection Molding
Associate will be responsible for developing a process sheet for all molds in the facility, by press. They will also be responsible for all robot program development and end of are tooling. They will work with tool room on improvements to molds and the shift process technicians in a manner to attain optimum performance in the utilization of the equipment & maintaining agreed to quality standards.

Job Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities will be to define initial mold process parameters to achieve optimum performance of the mold while making parts that meet the customer quality standards.

Ability to process tooling and troubleshoot presses and robots to maintain safe work enviroment and on-time delivery of quality products to the schedule.

Set up standardized processes within the department; including but not limited to work stations, EOA tooling, At Cell Assembly Operations, Operator Work Instructions.

Recommend and implement changes in operating procedures that will help to improve quality, lower costs, and increase productivity.

Work with supervisor in maintaining sound employee relations within the department.

Encourage suggestions and ideas from peers which could improve quality, lower costs and improve productivity.

Maintain conformance to work rules and regulations.

Be alert to deterioration of molds as evidenced by abnormal molded parts. Diagnose equipment problems and recommend corrective action.

Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, materials, maintenance and quality in fulfilling manufacturing objective.
