Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000

Qualified candidates must have hands on understanding of processing, troubleshooting plastic injection molding
machines. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organization
are required. The right person will be career driven and looking for an opportunity to learn more about manufacturing.


- Supervision of Supervisors, Process Technicians, Set-Up Technicians, and Dryer Technicians which includes their daily
performance, quality of work, maintenance of their equipment, team attitude, cleanliness of work cells, accuracy of their
documentation, method and ability to train others within team environment, and daily efficiency regarding to dryer set-ups
and press set-ups
- Assumes leadership and responsibility for a variety of operations-related special projects
- Coordinates and communicates any schedule changes, material or department problems with other shift supervisors
- Prepares and reviews accident reports, shift reports, process records, cycle sheets, all operator lead paperwork and
other production-related paperwork
- Coordinate the start-up of upcoming projects/products, plan for any unforeseen issues and create weekly schedules
- Oversee and ensure that all safety guidelines are being used and training new employees


- Minimum of seven years of experience processing and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machines
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Four year degree is required
- Experience making parts for the automotive industry is a must
- Demonstrates an understanding of a wide variety of material variations and can apply processing principles specific to
amorphous and crystalline material categorization
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
