Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 4 - 9 years

SR TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualified Candidates will have:
BSEE or BSME Degree (transcripts required)
5 years experience of progressive Management Experience in Electronics and Mechanical Manufacturing environments
Experienced with 2D/3D CAD including AutoCad, Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor
Experience working with fixturing and tooling
Expertise on sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, wet paint and powder coating process, a plus
Knowledge of ANSI IPC 600/610 acceptance criteria and interpreting mechanical and PCBA documentation
Experience working with PCB Fabrication and PCBA Manufacturing providing engineering support for manufacturability, DFA, DFM and DFT
Ability to read schematics, blue prints, and interpret and understand gerber files
Knowledge of test automation
Manufacturing representative to cross-functional teams involved with product Development, as well as liaison with the Engineering department on manufacturing problems and engineering changes.
Interact with NPI Project Engineering teams in other locations.
Responsible for product manufacturability during the development phase. Debug and prepare product for manufacturing locally or abroad.
Evaluate product failure during DVT and pre-production and makes recommendations for changes to product design if required.
Summarize product startup issues found during new product introduction phase, including resolution of problem or issue buyoff and risk assessment.
Understand and clarify issues on drawings and manufacturing documents.
Coordinate and organize schedules for all phases leading from development into production as products are mile stoned.
Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal)
Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
