A growing custom manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. The right person will have a four year degree in
Engineering and extensive experience as an Engineer in manufacturing. You will be directing and coordinating
manufacturing processes in the plant. Excellent pay, benefits and an enjoyable work environment!


- Develops, evaluates, improves and enters into ERP System manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, designs layout of equipment and
workspace for maximum efficiency
- Confers with programming and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production
- Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or
parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management
- Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules,
and other considerations to facilitate production processes
- Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
- Develops specifications from general description and draws a sketch of part or product to be fabricated
- Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and
tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements for all departments


- Minimum of two years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer working a sheet metal manufacturing
- Bachelors Degree BA/BS (preferably in engineering) or equivalent
- Experience designing in manufacturing software, such as AutoCad is helpful
- Computer software skills (MS Office, MS Project)
- Previous experience working with customers is needed
- Must have excellent verbal, written and communication skills needed
