Maintenance Technician GA 46 - Open (J#27477)

Come join our team as we continue to grow. Ricoh Electronics, Inc. (REI) is looking for 3rd shift Electro-mechanical Molding Maintenance Technicians to support our Toner production operations located in Lawrenceville. In this fast paced environment, the Molding Maintenance Techs will support our Toner manufacturing operations and Molding department by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and adjusting equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines, including molds, molded parts assembly lines and dry toner filling equipment.

Were looking for a senior-level Electro-mechanical Molding Maintenance Tech to:
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the Molding and Assembly processes.
Perform equipment modifications or other tasks to support manufacturing operations as directed by manufacturing engineers and/or management (e.g. install electrical conduits, wires, sensors, and controls per manufacturing/equipment engineer's specifications).
Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble and rebuild equipment, electronic system, circuitry, and computerized systems.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all Molding equipment and molded parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, and dry toner filler, auxiliary and support equipment.
Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking and improving equipment overall operation, maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
May program and/or reprogram logic systems per engineering guidelines.
Analyze manufacturing equipment and operations, write summaries to show deviations from standards or to show possible improvement, and capable of recommending and implementing modifications.

The experienced Electro-mechanical Molding Maintenance Tech candidate will possess:
Minimum of 2 years of technical education.
Minimum of 4 years of technical experience with at least 2 years electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience (i.e. PLC and relay systems) in a manufacturing environment required.
Must have experience troubleshooting electrical circuit systems along with hydraulic and pneumatic repair skills and knowledge of A/C inverters and frequency drives.
3 years technical experience in one or more of the above molding fields preferred, and injection mold maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience a plus.
Experience in plastics processing is a plus.
Experience in preventive maintenance systems, welding and mill/lathe experience preferred.
Must have basic math skills including decimals and fractions as well as good English communication skills.
Must be able to work from equipment manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, etc. to perform testing and trouble-shooting functions.
Must have knowledge of NEC and Hazardous material handling and disposal procedures.
Basic computer skills. Experience with CMMS programs (inputting work orders, parts retrieval, etc) preferred.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 preferred.

Were looking for a junior-level Electro-mechanical Molding Maintenance Tech to:
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the Molding and Assembly processes.
Perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble and rebuild equipment, electronic system, circuitry, and computerized systems.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all Molding equipment and molded parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, and dry toner filler, auxiliary and support equipment.
Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking and improving equipment overall operation, maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)

The junior-level Electro-mechanical Molding Maintenance Tech candidate will possess:
Minimum of 2 yrs electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, including A/C inverters and frequency drives, hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge and troubleshooting experience, required Technical or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 3 years technical experience in one or more of the above molding fields required.
Injection mold maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience a plus.
Experience in plastics processing is a plus.
2 years electrical experience in electrical and electronics troubleshooting preferred.
Experience with PLCs, welding, and machining a plus.
Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, and engineering sketches.
Basic math and computer skills required fractions as well as good English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 preferred.
