Maintenance Technician GA Open (J#19246)

Job Summary:

The Molding Maintenance Tech will support our Toner operations and Molding department by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and adjusting equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines, including molds and dry toner filling equipment.

The Molding Maintenance Tech Person will:
*Perform mechanical, simple electrical and molding process troubleshooting and repair to solve operational problems with all equipment in the Molding Department.
*Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
*Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble and rebuild equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manual, rough sketches or drawings.
*Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all Molding equipment, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner filler, auxiliary and support equipment.
*Perform equipment modifications as directed.
*Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking and improving equipment overall operation, maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.

Qualified candidates will possess:
*High school diploma or GED required.
*Technical or vocational training preferred.
*Minimum of 3 years technical experience in one or more of the above molding fields required.
*Injection mold maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience a plus.
*Troubleshooting in mechanical, basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic required.
*Experience in plastics processing is a plus.
*Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, engineering sketches, technical procedures, and SOPs.
*Basic math skills required (including decimals, fractions and measurement).
*Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 preferred.
