Medical molding company looking for a veteran quality manager possessing a background in the following skillsets:

In-depth understanding of injection molding processes and the inspection/qualification of molded plastic components.
Excellent oral and written communication skills .. comfortable interacting with all levels (both internal and external)
Understanding of drawing, dimensioning and feature definition methods and symbolism, including GD&T
Experience with a wide variety of visual dimensional inspection methods and equipment, as well as an understanding of the strengths and limitations of each. Possess a quantitative understanding of measurement precision, accuracy, and uncertainty and the ability to optimize measurement effectiveness. Skilled in the analysis and presentation of data, including basic statistics, process capability analysis, gage R&Rs, etc.
A working knowledge of and experience with DOE methods and analysis.
Utilize personal computers in a networked environment including Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Operate within and to the standards of an ISO 9001 and 13485 registered environment.
Four year technical degree or equivalent experience/knowledge
CQE preferred
Needs to be an individual with a strong commitment to professionalism and a desire/ability to be an integral part of the team that is driving the company to truly world-class levels.
