This position is responsible for interfacing with customer engineering to establish critical characteristics during new product design; completing PPAP packages on time for submission to customers (part layout, capability study, control plan, PFMEA, gage R&R and other aspects of PPAP); taking customer complaints and making sure the corrective action plans are completed and forwarded to the customer in timely fashion; 5-10 years hands on experience in the injection molding/plastics industry.
