Project Manager IL Open (J#24723)
Experience: 4 - 9 years

This position is responsible for providing process improvement and troubleshooting support; including working with the manufacturing staff and vendors to specify process equipment for capital plans and providing engineering support for capital improvement projects; analyzing process information, developing conceptual improvements and designing and carrying out experiments needed to make decisions and driving them from conceptual phase to the implementation of those improvements; Establish all parameters for processing of all tools and jobs Trouble-shoot current process for any potential improvement; makes recommendations during new product design to ensure the most efficiency at production time; interfaces with Production, Engineering, Quality, customers and suppliers in order to achieve the program objectives; monitoring and reporting on process performance trends, product cost and operational logistics; 5-10 years hands on experience in the injection molding/plastics industry.
