Process Technician OH Open (J#24788)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 4 - 9 years

Monitoring process on Pinette machine to ensure stable process.
Maintain top quality of our products, continuous process improvement on Pinette machine
Improve machine efficiency and utilization.
Analyze customer returns to solve process related issues.
Train Operators on Customer returns.
Optimize set up of LWRT tools and secondary equipment.
Work closely with Planning to optimize uptime and change overs
Absence coverage for operators
5S Activities on-going
Projects assigned by Process Engineer

Must have at least 5 years of Compression Molding experience.
3 years ABB robot programming.
Ideal candidate will have compression / automotive headliner experience along with Injection Molding experience.

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent number of years experience in a molding and assembly production technical capacity.
