Process Technician MO Open (J#23347)
Education: High School
Experience: 1 - 3 years

Candidate must be;

Familiar with light maintenance repairs
Familiar with running HDPE, Nylon and Urethane resins
Familiar with Installing tooling and setting up injection presses to run production and custom runs
Able to maintain press cycle times
Able to ensure proper safety procedures are followed including but not limited to Lock Out / Tag Out
Responsible for daily production audits of the facility for quality, safety and housekeeping
Able to provide feedback and implement corrective actions as needed for quality, housekeeping, safety and efficiencies
Responsible for accurate reporting of daily production, scrap, downtime, and efficiencies
Responsible for machine start up and shutdown
Responsible for process adjustments during production runs on 150 ton to 1000 ton Injection machines, ensuring proper efficiency and quality criteria are adhered too
Capable to Supervise crew of 7 machine operators
Flexible on working hours.

This is a first shift position but candidate would train on 2nd and 3rd to cover for vacation and absences.
