Process Engineer for a Growth Oriented Company.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the person holding this position will be a key member of our team. As with most growing companies you need to have a do what it takes attitude and be willing to take on whatever may come your way!

In this role you will be responsible for providing process engineering, troubleshooting, process control, and related support to the molding operation to ensure the production of cost efficient, quality products, on time to customers. Responsibilities will include new product development, process improvement, cost savings, new equipment acquisition and employee training programs.

Do you have 5-7+ years of professional engineering experience in the plastics industry?

Are you a certified Master Molder?

Do you have any formal training in Process Engineering or a Bachelors degree?

Do you have knowledge of and experience with Scientific Molding methods?

Do you have former experience: Presenting concerns and tooling issues during new project review meetings; employing problem solving techniques, such as 8D and other root cause analysis techniques; employing continuous improvement and Lean methods; documenting procedures and work instructions pertaining to process control?

Have you had experience with design of experiments with follow up capability studies and assisting with methods of measurement?

Are you proficient in machine set-ups, start-ups, and shut-downs; mold care and process monitoring?
