Process Engineer MI Open (J#25007)
Education: High School
Experience: 4 - 9 years

Position Summary:

US Farathane is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for our facility located in Orion Twp, Michigan. This position will be responsible forproviding technical support to the Manufacturing Department by optimization of cycles, reduction of scrap, and automation.

Requirements:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or five to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Lead the plant in process improvement initiatives and activities

Plastic Injection molding experience with 300 ton Vandorn and Husky Machines a plus

Provide assistance to manufacturing in the area of optimizing and improving existing processes/jobs

Assist the manufacturing floor in troubleshooting machine, tool, and material problems

Act as a mentor to Process Technicians to upgrade their technical skills and train on new equipment
