EPI is a leading custom plastic injection molding company founded in 1953 with headquarters near St. Louis, MO and a plant in Nashville, Arkansas. EPI serves several industries with extensive experience in Appliance, Electrical/Electronic, Lawn and Garden and Outdoor Power Equipment. We are focused on solving the critical business challenges that our customers experience everyday with their molded plastic purchases.
We provide services ranging from full-scale design and implementation to simple molding of parts on a customer owned tool.

We specialize in the processing of highly engineered materials and tight-tolerance products requiring the uppermost quality controls.

Whether producing a simple part or performing a highly engineered metal to plastic conversion, EPI has the experience and capability to find the most cost effective solution for our customers.

We have recently relocated our Arkansas operations to a newer facility in Nashville, Arkansas, which is allowing us more room to grow, and is a great environment to spend 40 or more hours each week.

Responsibilities:

Journeyman level set up and operation of toolroom equipment
Use of grinders, mills, lathes, and measurement instruments
Troubleshoot and repair of molds, hot runner systems, and complex components with hands-on application of all shop floor tool processes

Requirements:

The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Injection molding tooling knowledge base and experience evaluating parts
The ability to work well within a team environment
CNC machining and EDM sinker or wire skills
Welding skills and ability, with good decision-making processes
CNC programming or the use of Solidworks or Esprit is a plus

About Nashville, Arkansas:

Nashville is a beautiful town with an abundance of nearby outdoor activities. We are only 17 miles from the Crater of Diamonds State Park, and very close to Historic Washington State Park. There are several lakes nearby available for boating and fishing, and Hot Springs National Park is less than 2 hours away. There are larger towns within easy driving distance for shopping and other activities. The area is a sportsmans paradise and a great place to raise children.
