Maintenance Technician NV Open (J#22589)

Experience: 10 - 20 years

Robotics Maintenance Engineer:

Experienced in maintaining and repairing equipment associated with cleanroom injection molding and high-speed automatic packaging systems. Has knowledge of trouble-shooting PLC-controlled equipment studded with pneumatic, electrical, and electronic actuators, sensors, motions in the service of gripping, ejecting, transferring, transporting, rotating, conveying, printing, labeling, and sealing of precision product and packaging components, including blisters, lids, films. Understands and can trouble-shoot machine-machine interfaces such as EUROMAP, Ethernet, USB, others. Understands complex automated product qualification systems that include robotic vision, lasers, and others. Has background and experience with maintenance and repair of modern electric plastic molding machines and their ancillary equipment including thermolators, chillers, compressors, and pneumatic material delivery systems. Understands the need for robust, formal work habits required by medical product and cleanroom manufacturing.

Requirements:
10+ years experience in maintenance of molding and/or CNC machinery and ancillary fabrications systems such as air filtering, HVAC, water chillers, heat exchangers, shop air services, pneumatic raw material transport equipment.
Knowledge and experience with PLCs, electro-pneumatics, electro-mechanics in general and robotic packaging automation systems in particular is required.
Familiarity with procedural requirements for conducting maintenance and repair work for medical products and cleanroom manufacturing
High school plus 2-yr technical degree or equivalent Armed Forces technical training is required.
Able and willing to work odd hours and shifts in 24-hour cleanroom operations environment. Requires strong self-starter with excellent communication skills.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
