Maintenance Technician MO 41k (J#24831)
Education: Associates Degree
Experience: 4 - 9 years

RESPONSIBILITES:

Able to troubleshoot and repair all equipment.
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-
mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints,
operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary.
May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers/supervision.
Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Adhere to all safety procedures & help promote a clean work environment.
Deliver projects on time and on budget.
Help develop cost savings ideas for the plant.
Participate in lean & housekeeping improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree or related vocational Diploma in electrical/hydraulic mechanics.
Minimum of 5 years in repair; preferably in injection molding
