Maintenance Manager FL Open (J#22533)
Experience: 4 - 9 years

Summary: The ideal candidate is a person with injection molding experience, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical skills all hands on we emphasize this will be a hands on position.

Duties:
Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program - communicates directly with the equipment suppliers to coordinate maintenance and repair work.
Responsible for defining with suppliers the maintenance plans for the machines (presses/moulds/downstream equipments and automatic packaging line with suppliers
Responsible for definition of the internal preventive maintenance plans
Responsible for maintenance of all production machines (plastic and crowns to come) and ancillary equipments (compressors, resin handling, chillers)
Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled. Carry pager/cell phone as required for on-call maintenance.
Defining the list of the spare parts to be kept in stock
Oversee a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
Maintain/update operating and training manuals for the production departments and ensures all production personnel are trained on updated versions of the operating procedures.
Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipments.
Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving technical and maintenance-related problems
Communicates regularly with all production staff, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning quality, maintenance and technical issues.
Troubleshooting approach to guarantee an analytical investigation of the issues that occur on the machines (today we have the fire firing approach).
Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
Working with managers to implement the companys policies and meet business objectives.
