Capsa Solutions is a recognized leader in the design, development and manufacturing of Mobile Computer Workstations, Medical Carts, Health IT Mounting Solutions, and Medication Management Systems used in healthcare facilities throughout the world.

Capsa has an immediate opening at its Columbus, Ohio manufacturing facility for an experienced Application Support Technician. This individual will support existing product designs with customizations, accessory additions and configuration changes of existing technology to new applications. Some redesign and/or revision of existing designs will be required to support unique customer needs or minor product revisions and improvements.

Key duties include:
- Receives and processes Custom Product Requests from Capsas customer service and sales groups. - Prepares Solidworks models and drawings for use by purchasing, production control and manufacturing. - Creates, edits and distributes assembly drawings and work instructions. - Creates, distributes and facilitates Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). - Receives and processes Hardware Compatibility Requests ensuring that Capsas products are properly specified and configured for customer specified technology (computers, scanners, printers, proximity card readers, etc.). - Assists production with first article builds, pilot runs and demonstration product.
