Responsibilities
Identification and documentation of functional and performance requirements, translating user needs into engineering terms Root cause analysis for various design and plastic part processing and assembly problems Reproduction of failure mode through structured testing Deep-dive analysis of competitive products relating to the problem at hand CAD development of multiple concepts to resolve the issue

Requirements
BSME preferred, will also consider Biomedical 5 years Solidworks experience 5 years experience designing medical devices preferably in the post manufacturing phase of product development Experience with the manufacturing process, especially injection molding and plastic part assembly methods
